Delivery Options
We offer you different delivery options base on the attribute of the products. Some can be delivered to your home with truck, and some products are collectable from the stores.
Home Delivery (furniture, by own experienced delivery team)
Your furniture will be delivered to your home by our own experienced delivery team. We will carefully unpack and inspect each item, place it in your room of choice, and provide assemble service. For added convenience, all packing materials will be removed.

Home Delivery (accessories / non-fragile items, by SF)
A standard delivery fee of HK$60 will be charged per order, our courier partner SF will take care of shipping your order.
Complimentary Delivery Service
We offer complimentary delivery service for purchases totaling HK$8,000 or more (accessories & fragile items). For orders below this amount, delivery charges will be applied. Please note that the free delivery service applies to standard delivery only. Additional charges may apply for situations such as navigating stairs between levels, buildings without lifts, overcoming bulky obstacles, or if the destination is not easily accessible by truck.
*If purchasing more than one piece of furniture, the shipping cost may require a revised quote.
Staircase Charges
Staircase charges are applied when carrying items either up, down, inside or outside your premise.
We climb stairs only if items can be carried through a stairwell. One floor is 8 to 20 steps. The number of floors is calculated on the number of storeys in the building.
Carrying items more than 10 floors may require an outside delivery company and customers will be responsible for the additional charges incurred.
Please note our delivery team will not transport items up the outside of a building using ropes, cranes etc.
*Customer is advised to check the item(s) before having our delivery team carried it up to the staircase. Belux concept Ltd. does not bear the risk and responsibility for any damage caused during the process of carrying up through the staircase.

Macau Furniture And Product Delivery
Belux offers delivery to Macau. Once you place your order online, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order request. This email is only confirmation that we have received your order and does not mean that your order has been accepted or processed. You will receive a second email within 2 working days to let you know if your order has been confirmed.
Home accessory orders take 14-30 working days to ship to Macau. We use S.F express to deliver the accessories to you. Please feel free to get the shipping cost of the accessories from our online sales staff.
For furniture, bulky and fragile orders, our online customer service will get back to you within 3 working days with the shipping cost based on your order and requirements for example, if furniture assembly is needed or not etc…
