I am ordering a product with the message of ‘Out of stock’, when is it likely to be back again?
Please send us an email with the product code to shop@belux.online or use the function of ‘Contact us’ to fill in the item you enquire. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is the measurement of the dining table on the website before or after the extension?
If you go to the product detail page of the dining table, it would show you the size of the table before and after adding the extension.

What size of mattress should I get to fit in your bed frame?
Most of our bed frames come in King and queen sizes, and few come in double and single. Mattress for our King, queen, double and single bed frames are: ‘180 cm x 198 cm’, 152 cm x 198 cm’, ‘137 cm x 198 cm’ and '91 cm x 198 cm'.

Can you tell me what size of the mattress would fit on your kid’s single bed?
It fits the size of the kid's mattress 91 cm x 190 cm x 18 cm.

I had purchased your sofa a few years ago, can I order replacement covers?
Please email support@belux.online which sofa you had purchased from us and they will get back to you if we can order the replacement covers for you.

Do you accept other credit cards for online purchase ?
We accept AMEX, MASTER, VISA and UNION PAY. We also accept Paypal, Alipay, PAYME and bank transfer.

Purchase
Would it be possible to buy your products from overseas? I need a gift for a friend in Hong Kong but I live in Europe?
Yes, you can place the order online and we deliver the gift to your friend by courier or our Belux truck.

I don't live in Hong Kong anymore, but a friend of mine will pick up what I purchase from Belux conept online store. How do I do this - shipping address, pick up at the store?
It’s depending what you are getting for your friend, we offer ‘Click & Collect’ service on some items for customer collect from stores, but some items might be too bulky and heavy as we can only offer delivery to the customer’s home. Please check with our customer service whether or not your purchase can be picked up from the stores. See Shipping & Delivery for more.

How can I use my VIP discount online?
Please email your name and telephone number to shop@belux.online we will set up the VIP discount for you to enjoy your shopping online.

I want to buy one of your rugs from online, but I can’t add to cart, it shows this rug is currently out of stock, but the website shows I still can collect this rug in store. Can you help me to add it to the cart?
If the product shows out of stock and in-store only, it means you can only buy from the store because you may need to check the condition of it before buying.

I work with a Design Firm and we'd like to open an account with you, please let me know how we can do that?

Delivery
I am interested in buying this bed from your store. However, I live in South Lantau. Would you be able to arrange delivery? If so, how much will it cost?
We are unable to deliver any furniture to Outline Island. However, we can deliver the bed to the pier for $800 if there is any logistic company you are already using. Please note, the bed comes in knockdown and you have to do your own assembly.

I'm interested to buy a bed frame and would like to understand the delivery as I live in a building with stairs only. How can I know whether it fits through the staircase to the unit?
Our delivery team might have experience in delivering the furniture to your building. Please email support@belux.online.com your building name and how many floors our delivery team has to carry up. We will let you know whether or not the bed is feasible for delivery, and give you the quote of the staircase charge.

I am interested in buying your furniture because it is on sale now, but my apartment is under renovation and won't be ready for another 2 months. Can I take advantage of the current sale but arrange delivery later?
All the sale items can only be stored with Belux for a maximum of 4 weeks. We will apply the storage charge to you based on the amount of the purchase and how long the storage period will be.

Do you deliver on Sunday?
We deliver only Monday to Saturday. Please email support@belux.online your delivery district and they will get back to you which day our delivery team will deliver to your area.
